It’s never too late to get summer ready! Join us for our 21 day Summer Slim Down Challenge beginning Monday, June 1st. 

Daily we will commit to:
• Drinking half our body weight in ounces of water 
• Eating lean meats, vegetables, and fresh fruit 
• 30 minutes of physical activity 
• Doing our best
