Today we’re sharing our tuna salad.  Tuna is a great source of protein and is very low in calories. 

Here’s a way to make it healthier lifestyle friendly. 

Chunk light tuna (packed in water)

1 egg 

1 tbsp of mayo (Duke’s is sugar free)

Dill relish 

1 packet SweetLeaf stevia (to sweeten)

Mustard (to taste)

Salt & pepper to taste


Serve on romaine or green leaf lettuce.
